„Construim înCREDere" is a civic movement that promotes European integration based on transparency, accountability, and genuine citizen involvement. The initiative brings together experts and activists from the country and the diaspora to strengthen society’s trust in the European path of the Republic of Moldova and to turn this goal into a national project supported by people, not just by the political class.

We are a team of professionals from various fields who have dedicated their work to striving for a fair and democratic society, where the interests of citizens come first.
We are people who love our country, whether at home or temporarily abroad, and who are determined to help build a dignified future for our children and grandchildren. We believe in the power of civic engagement and in each of our responsibility to contribute to the common good.
In recent decades, we have lost not only people, investments, opportunities, and jobs—we have also lost the belief that we can overcome poverty and corruption. We have lost trust in state institutions, as well as in the media and civil society. The gap between citizens and those who make decisions in our country is widening, as is the division between people with different opinions and visions.
We believe there is no more time to lose. If we want a prosperous, democratic, and united country, we must rebuild trust. Trust between people, with respect for differing opinions. Trust between people and institutions, through careful monitoring of important decisions, as well as ongoing and direct communication with citizens on the most important issues for society. We are becoming fewer and fewer. Only united and with trust do we have a chance to succeed—as a country, as a nation, as a people.
A society in which trust is not a slogan, but a reality: engaged and respected citizens, transparent and accountable institutions, and a European path based on results rather than declarations alone.
To achieve these objectives, we commit to:
We organize genuine and accessible public consultations for citizens
We facilitate ongoing dialogue between society, the business environment, and the authorities
We monitor public decisions and accurately inform citizens
We develop and promote recommendations to increase transparency and accountability
We support civic initiatives at local, regional, and national levels
Every decision must be explained and taken responsibility for
